Since being elected as National President of LULAC in 2018, Domingo Garcia’s unfailing leadership has brought about significant changes to our beloved organization. President Garcia has overseen initiatives that have elevated the presence of LULAC in communities and in the media across the country. In short, Garcia is an agent of change. He has dedicated his life to fighting for Latino rights and, as President of LULAC, has helmed an extraordinarily positive trajectory.

• During his presidency, Garcia helped bring LULAC into the 21st century—and, if elected, vows to continue LULAC’s upward slope.
• Garcia will fight to support the priorities of the first ever National LULAC Strategic Retreat.
• He will continue to find new ways to improve operations within LULAC, from Councils to the National Board to approval from the National Assembly.
• He will refocus National Committees to foster teamwork and establish long-term goals consistent with national LULAC priorities and plans.
• He will oversee improvements in governance and accountability for the National Board, as well as the National Office.
• He will continue to prioritize positive change, just as he has since 2018.
